Biography
Arch. Rucha Yeshwantrao is a practicing Landscape Architect and founder-principal at LandKrafts Architects. A graduate of Rizvi College of Architecture (Mumbai), she started her career with 4.4 Design (Mumbai) where she worked on various interesting projects, including a LEED certified building at Navi Mumbai . She then did a Post Graduation in Landscape Design from C.E.P.T. (Ahmedabad) where sustainability and innovative solutions form not only the course basis but are the core principles of the school itself. This experience helped her to understand how every site is ecologically connected to the surrounding natural lands, other landscapes, and the built environments. This further developed her passion for landscape architecture because of which she joined Landscape Arch. Suhas Joshi (Mumbai), where she worked on inspiring projects such as the Bougainvillea Park at the Sanjay Gandhi National Park in Mumbai.
